We entered the store with the intention to try out a few mattresses as we had been shopping about for one we liked and we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff that was already dealing with another customer. She asked Andy to come and help and advise on which one would be best for us..we were not disappointed. He explained how sleep match helps us decide which mattress is best for us as individuals, do we both need the same firmness/softness or should we have different type on each side? It was brilliant as was the help and advise we received from Andy.

Really friendly staff, the staff were knowledgeable. Really easy process for ordering a bed. The staff didn’t pester you when you walked in unlike others competitive stores which I visited that day.

Andy spent a long time finding out what my injuries were and what i required. i felt his customer service was fantastic and he put me at ease.

The shop assistant was very helpful,. her product knowledge was first class, she pointed us in the right direction for the mattress, and we were done and dusted in half an hr.highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams.

The staff were extremely helpful in helping find a bed that was best suited to my needs and desires, from there they helped through placing an order in order to make sure I was fully aware of what was happening and made the whole process stress free.

I was attended to by Andy. He gave me just the right amount of attention which made it a very comfortable transaction. He didn't bombard me with a whole array of stuff but listened to my needs and tailored a solution to them. His knowledge of Dreams' products was excellent and he was clearly proud of the company he works for. So top marks all round.

When entering the store the sales assistant was very polite and did not go into a hard sales pitch which was extreme refreshing. Then, after asking what our needs were, we were given the option of trying the sleep match. While the machine was callibtating the sales assistant asked a few questions and recommended a range of beds to try. We felt no pressure and after trying a few decided on a bed that the sleep match recommended! We left the store feeling happy that we had made a well informed purchase.
