We payed on all the beds about 6 times, the assistance was fab, we also went on the bed for your body movements.

Lady was very helpful and friendly.

We popped in to buy a double bed for our 11 year old son and ended up buying his bed and mattress and a king size mattress for ourselves too. The lady who helped us put us onto a bed which decided which type of mattress we needed. Her knowledge in the beds within the store was rather impressive.

Natalie at Lincoln was very good with us. She explained the different mattresses and allowed us to try each one. It was a good experience. Delivery could be quick and useful that you can take the old mattress away.

Being able to have our sleeping positions assessed by the computer technology to give a very easy way of finding a suitable mattress without having to try everyone in the store. The staff were very knowledgeable of the products and not pushing just to make a sale.

Natalie was extremely helpful. When we said that we did not want to pay the highest prices she said she would look for a discontinued line which she found at a greatly reduced price. we were astonished at the difference in price and then she threw in a pillow for free as well. When we were being served another woman offered to make us a tea and coffee whilst we waited. On top of that there was free delivery to my house which was nearly forty miles away. THE SALES PERSON WAS NOT PUSHY FOR A SALE AND EXPLAINED ALL WE WANTED TO KNOW IN DETAIL. HE DID NOT STEAR US TO THE MOST EXPENSIVE BUT POINTED OUT THE PROS AND CONS OF THE ONES WE WHERE INTERESTED IN. HE MADE US A NICE CUP OF TEA AND LEFT US ALONE TO MAKE OUR MIND UP.VERY NICE YOUNG MAN CALLED ANDY, A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY WELL DONE

Andy was an ideal sales person, helpful and not forceful. We had a go on the electric bed thing which tells you which type of mattress you need!

Elaine who served us was very knowledgably and very helpful. We were buying my 81 year old mother a new bed and mattress and she was very patient with her.
