Amy understood straight away what I wanted and was able to direct me to it and an alternative to compare it to. She explained the product in a way i understood . She was quick and efficient in placing the order as she realised i had many other things to deal with that day.

My boyfriend and I came into the store wanting to buy our first mattress but didn’t know where to start. Natalie, the sales assistant came over to us and she was really friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us to the best mattress. She gave us lots of knowledge of the different products they had and she went out of her way to get a mattress from the back storage because, from talking to us, she believed we would really like it. Turns out, we did! We ended up buying the mattress she suggested and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We left the shop feeling very looked after and valued as customers.

Very helpful and patient staff

Andy who served us, was very helpful and friendly, as were the other members of staff in store. It was quiet when we went in and they were happy to chat with us which made the experience more comfortable. We hadn’t actually intended on buying that day but we changed our mind as the staff were so helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality products

Andy was the colleague helping us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. He had a good sense of humour and through him/because of him my other family are now going to purchase their beds through dreams in Lincoln.

We were highly satisfied with the assistance from Liz, the member of staff. She advised us that although the receipt we have, say's the item we have bought is brown, it is in fact black which is what we want...... We hope it is black when it arrives.

Elaine was amazing she helps us buy our dream bed. She was lovely and very friendly making it easy to find what we needed. We will definitely be back to buy our daughter her bed aswell. Thank you.
