Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest service balanced with just the right amount of stepping back to let us discuss the beds and their suitability. There's nothing worse than a sales assistant that's too pushy and aggressive. Elaine demonstrated patience and experience together with a good sense of humour whilst helping us reach our decision. Full marks to Elaine.

Our visit was made extremely easy and successful by the wonderful staff at the Lincoln store. The choice of beds and mattresses was brilliant and we were able to leave with everything we needed.

Very friendly staff, didn't push products on you nor was the whole experience rushed. Great store discounts, especially the offer of military discount. Tailored to our needs by using the mattress identifier, something not available when buying online.
