Dreams - Lincoln

Liz our sales assistant was professional, very helpful and efficient and found us the perfect mattress and pillows.

We visited the store about a month ago but did not make a purchase. Coincidentally, it was the same store assistant (Liz) on this occasion who came to us again. She remembered us from previous but was happy to spend the same amount of time going through the same products making no assumptions as though we had never been before. She was pleasant throughout, knowledgeable and not at all pushy for a sale.

Assistant’s information was very clear and easy to understand. She was very helpful and there was no pressure placed on us buy. This was our first visit to Dreams and we await the arrival of the product hoping it will live up to expectations.

Very good service in the shop at Lincoln. and only 4 days to wait for my mattress to be delivered, very good.

Customer care was very looked after by liz at the lincoln store friendly was made a good cup of coffee too! Helped with choosing a bed, mattress, pillow cant wait to receive them now!

Andy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the process much easier - he’s a great asset to this store!
