We visited the store twice, both time we had exceptional customer service.

The assistant gave us his divided attention and was understanding of my needs. I’m had done some considerable research before visiting the store. He suggested the assessment of my body on the scanner which was interesting. Made us a coffee (good tasting) was polite and friendly but professional. Thoroughly recommend him and would return. His manager was also very pleasant and polite and was genuine in her conversation to us during the order process.

Amy and Andy of the Dreams store in Lincoln went out of their way to help me choose my new bed. They placed different mattresses on the base I had chosen so that I could be completely sure I was making the right choice. I suffer from many health problems and it was vital I got it right. I wasn’t rushed at all. If anything they encouraged me to take my time. I was offered a coffee and just nothing seemed too much trouble. They even offered me a swatch on loan to use to match up curtains and accessories to my new bed, which unfortunately couldn’t be found but I was then told to come back to the store anytime with fabrics to compare. The best customer service I have received in a long time. Would recommend this store to anyone.

The Friendly attitude of our assistant along with her knowledge of the beds and with a no pressure of a sale at any stage made buying the bed a lot more enjoyable
