Dreams - Lincoln

We visited the Lincoln store on Saturday 31 Aug 2019 looking for an affordable mattress for my young son. We weren't made to feel worthless and like we had £0...as were in another shop. The assistant, Natalie, helped us find something to suit our needs and budget. We didn't expect to be walking out having ordered what we needed that day so it was great to get the job sorted and moy son on a nice fresh mattress! We were grateful to be able to try out what we were going to buy and not just hope for the best buying off the internet. Natalie was absolutely lovely. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Couldn't have wished for a better experience. Although we didn't have a lot of money to spend, we felt comfortable in a store where we could have experienced more 'tarring with the poor brush'. I would definitely recommend to friends. I was also unaware of the ex-display opportunity. This is great and means it is possible to buy something a little better at a discounted rate. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, products appear high quality and not too expensive for what we are buying

The assistant Liz spent time listening to my needs, she advised using the electronic bed chooser, which she explained before asking me to lay on the bed. Liz went above and beyond to help me, even after trying lots of beds, she was helpful throughout, and never complained or raised a brow. Beverage offered which was greatly appreciated as a hot day. She made polite chat and was genuinely interested.

The sales assistant named Andy was superb he showed us all the options after we had been on the test bed he was very patient and accommodating because it took us a long time to choose from all the products and beds on offer to us we tried each one more than once just to make sure we picked the right one Andy explained how they were made and the difference in each one.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and wasn't to pushy. She spent the time listening to what I wanted and suggested several mattress of different prices

I think it was the friendliness of the staff and their understanding of our requirement to purchase a new mattress for an older dreams bed

Two assistants offered help as soon as I entered the store, I asked some questions and was given a clear explanation of the products and was offered the opportunity to lie down on a machine that assesses your body position and measured pressure points, strange experience but very good, I tried several of the recommended mattresses and was able to choose one that suited me and my husband

Bought our bed from Dreams before and it was time for new mattress. Went straight to Dreams and bought another one.
