Andy the salesman was very attentive and took the time to listen to our needs and then only offered items to suit. An excellent service from a really professional sales guy with top notch product knowledge, he made the decision process very easy and we returned to the shop to place the order due to his excellent service.

Customer and product experience was brilliant. Liz was extremely friendly and helpful. Totally understanding of needs and requirements. Was not expecting to find the perfect bed today and when I could obtain delivery within 4 days which happened to be the date of my choice I was even more satisfied.

Amy was great with helping us find the ideal mattress for us, explaining everything about all the products available and very patient with our choosing the right one. Not once did she try and up-sell to get more from us, but helped us get the best for our budget and wasnt pushy on any products. Her knowledge of the products was very inspiring as we felt relaxed with someone who knew what she was talking about and the use of the bed finder machine was also cool. Thanks.

Elizabeth at Lincoln was a great customer sales advisor and got the sales pitch for us spot on without being pushy or over bearing. She made a fuss of our toddler and despite said toddler jumping on beds and exploring the store she didn’t seem irritated by the distraction. We really appreciated her input.

The sales assistant Andy was extremely friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to make our experience enjoyable.

The store manager helped us as we didn’t have a clue which type of mattress we needed, she was very helpful in

The lady ( Natalie ) who looked after me, during my visit to the store, could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Knew her product. Any questions I had,were answered.(even though, she must hear them a hundred times a day ). Never once, did I feel a pressure to buy. A very nice shopping experience. In fact, recommended to friend, who will be visiting at the week end.

Andy the salesman was very helpful, courteous and even offered me a drink during payment completion,he had good knowledge and wasn't pushy. I used the sampler bed to see which mattress I needed and was impressed by the whole visit
