The assistant, Liz, who helped me change my son’s order was very patient and professional throughout the time it took to amend the order. It took an hour and she must have rang about four people within the hour trying to resolve the technical issues. Until finally she was told the server was down. It was up again in about half an hour and when I went back Liz was able to amend my booking straight away.

We were very satisfied the assistants were all very polite and very helpful we would certainly recommend dreams to any of our friends

Loved the sleep experience that analyses which mattress best suits your body type. The assistant manager, Liz, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Myself and my husband were very satisfied with her customer service, she was friendly and even gave us some privacy to make a final decision. We purchased our mattress today with the added insurance which benefited from a free mattress protector. We also decided to add two tempur cool touch pillows. We will hopefully be returning shortly to purchase the super king bed frame with smart tv at the end of the bed. Thank you

The professional and approachable staff who appeared to enjoy their work and sought to help us without pressure to buy. A good range of products. All in all a most satisfactory experience.

Sales team member (Elaine) was very a tentative, knowledgeable & Friendly. We were invited to use the mattress selection machine, which we took advantage of. Elaine explained the results and continued to show us the suggested mattresses. We were given time to try all the mattresses and at no point did we feel pressured to make a choice, a very relaxing experience.

The mattress analyser is a great tool and helped us choose our mattress Liz helped us from the time walked in to the time we left and gave us her full attention answering all our question.

The product range to view and the staff’s explanation was very good.

The assistant who served me was very friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked into the store. To start with I just told her I was looking and she offered to make me a hot drink. I knew almost instantly the bed I wanted but it took a while for me to figure out what mattress was best for me and what I preferred and she was very patient and didn’t rush me or pressure me to purchase a particular mattress based on price but just told me to go with which ever one I felt the most comfortable with as she said that was what is the most important thing when buying one. I did go into benson for beds before dreams and there was no assistance available so I bailed and decided to take my custom elsewhere. I can’t remember her name but amazing customer service, sales skills and knowledge from the woman who served me.
