We were served by Elizabeth who was very professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable about the products and the company in general engaging in product, company and general sleep related conversation throughout which complemented the sales process and enhanced our purchasing experience. Liz even advised us on duvet cover / pillow case materials and their effects on sleep quality. To start the experience we laid on a bed which 3D mapped our sleeping position and then recommended mattress types. This was a fantastic experience and it is great to see this advanced technology reaching our 'quiet' and often forgotten city of Lincoln.

We moved 11 months ago and bought a sofa bed, headboard and ottoman from this store. We needed a small sofa bed for our 3 year old granddaughter at Christmas which you didn’t have, however we took the opportunity to try out the beds as our mattress is getting old. We were served by Natalie last year and again today, her knowledge and service was just right leading us to take advantage of your 0% finance over 9 months.

I enjoyed the machine that helps to identify the best mattress for each person. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

The assistant, Andy, was very open from the outset. He was friendly and knew his products well. He made us feel welcome and got to know our needs whilst he offered us a drink. After using the sleep analysis machine to get the computer recommended beds he assessed them and amalgamated that with what we had previously requested. He took us through a full range of beds , explaining each of matresses structure and explained the working behind it. Not once did he push for a sale, he wanted to make sure we made the right decision for us. That is why, this whole experience allowed us to buy right there and then.

From the moment we walked in the door the store looked clean tidy and very welcoming. the sales assistant Andy was friendly and knew his products I normally find sales assistants jump on you as soon as you enter a store but Andy give us time before asking if we needed help so well done the store was well displayed signage was clear and easy to read we were offered a drink and the sale was smooth had hassle free

Staff were very helpful, not forceful in any way and very friendly and knowledgeable

We weren’t pounced on as soon as we entered the store. We explained what we thought we wanted and then we tried the bed that analysis machine it showed us what we probably needed. We tried about four different beds but we knew by the second that we had found the one.
