Elaine approched us within minutes of entering the shop, she talked us through the ‘body scanner bed’ and made us a coffee while we were on it There was plenty of options to choose from but not to many to confuse us All the staff were friendly and helpful

Very pleased with the whole experience, from Natalie's initial greeting on entering the store, through the sleep assessment (weird, but strangely fun), to choosing the actual item. Parting company with a few hundred pounds is always traumatic, but I think we've got good value.

I have sleep difficulties and Elaine explained the system in store whereby electronically mattresses could be chosen to suit your needs. I was very impressed by this. She also explained the range of 'cooling' products, including quilts, covers and pillows, which I purchased. She was very efficient. My son had been in the same store some weeks prior and made a purchase. It is not often that I remember (due to my age haha) but I do remember him saying 'if you go to Dreams, see Elaine, she will sort you out'. Excellent customer service, thank you Elaine'. We are considering a mattress and my son is looking for a new King size bed. If we make these purchases, I am sure that 'Elaine will sort us out'!!

Andrew who served us was professional at all times. When we asked questions he answered them. He was very polite and friendly. We didn’t feel rushed and felt he gave us his undivided attention at all times. We will definitely be back to purchase other items he told us about. I will definitely tell friends and family about dreams in Lincoln

The staff were helpful. The computer system, however, was not very efficient for them to use. It took a long time from start to finish and we had not anticipated being in the store for the hour or so that we were there.

Andrew and Amy were very welcoming and listened to our experiences and helped us with a smile on their faces nothing was too much trouble offered us drinks and let us take our time not like other Ed shops. They both met all of our expectations and are a credit to dreams.

We were looked after very well by Elizabeth. She was friendly, informative, polite and made us feel at ease. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase; she was available to answer any queries which helped us to make our decision for a new bed.

We shopped in your Lincoln store and were attended by a most pleasant, helpful, attentive and efficient lady named Amy who made our task of selecting and ordering a item appropriate for our needs.

Andy was a wonderful sales person. He wasn't pushy and offered us numerous different combinations from pillows to mattresses. He even managed to keep my children from being bored which is a feat in itself

Our advisor Elaine was very knowledgable and more than helpful. We visited with our baby twins and she helped entertain them so we could try the mattresses; it is hard for us to shop with them so this was much appreciated. The mattress selector was excellent and we liked how it gave us specific mattresses that met our needs, although Elaine went further and advised us which we wouldn’t prefer as we’d told her we had issues with our current memory foam mattress. Very easy and pleasant experience
