Natalie was absolutely amazing from beginning to the end. Knowledgeable friendly and approachable and felt totally at ease and didn’t feel pushed to make our decision which some retailers can do. Got a great cup of tea and an amazing deal just now looking forward to our bed being delivered. The store was immaculate and Natalie listened and advised us exactly to the right mattress which did feel like heaven from when we lay down so she really does know her products - fantastic employee and one very happy customer.

Very friendly staff even waited patiently when I tried to log in to my defence account although unsuccessful and did try to advise on defence discount. Gave me the truth on sadly not having the blue light discount but advised me that quite a few of there customers had asked about this discount so would ask if this maybe available in the future. Natalie really listened to what I wanted, and pointed me not only in the right direction, but also brought up online alternatives quickly for us to make an informed choice. She was attentive and I would definitely return to her. I could not believe how quickly the item was going to be delivered, under a week! Fabulous, I can not wait to take delivery.

On entering the store we were welcomed but not hassled. Help was provided when required and information accurate and suited to my needs. We were not pushed into buying but customer service was excellent and friendly and all options were given. Very impressed with service and knowledge and now am looking forward to getting my bed and pillows delivered x
