Dreams - Lincoln

Time was taken to understand what we were looking for and what would work best for us. There was no rush, despite us being there late in the day on a Sunday, and no pressure was placed on us to make an order there and then. Staff gave us time to discuss our purchase as a couple before we made any commitments. Staff were friendly and welcoming and communicated well with each other to ensure when we came back in 40 minutes later (after some cake!) that we were seen promptly. Staff were knowledgeable about the products and what we went in to look at was there as soon as we walked in. Overall, best experience we've had in such a store.

The information that was given to us on our visit was very precise, Elaine was fantastic through the whole of the experience from the moment we asked for advice and to the moment we left the shop. Very good store and staff they were very helping

It is true that we attended early morning and we were the only customers in store. We were seen when requested, looked after (cup of coffee each) and all our questions answered by a helpful and polite sales assistant.

Natalie was extremely helpful - nothing was a problem to her. She guided us through the process very well.

Elaine was friendly, highly professional and efficient. She made the whole experience of buying a mattress very satisfying.

The assistant was very thorough with the information provided and nothing was too much trouble. She was very engaging and took the time to find out what we were looking for without putting any pressure on.

The assistant Andy was excellent. Really knows his stuff. The information we provided him allowed him to reduce the mattresses we needed to look at. When we went onto the scan machine it came up with the same result. Good effort

i went back to order a mattress i had looked a week or so before to find the one i thought i wanted was not on display, dut the store had a display bed on sale so ended up buying that instead,! i had seen the ottoman beds on the website and fancied one so when it was ex display i bought that, Amy from lincoln store was extremely helpful.
