We were attended to as soon as we walked into the store. Natalie who served us was extremely helpful and explained all of our options. She was very pleasant. All in all our experience was fantastic.

I went in needing a new mattress but not having a clue what kind would be best for me. I was seen quickly and looked after the whole time resulting in a choice of mattresses that were suitable.

Lovely store with friendly and not overbearing staff. Pleased with the deal we managed to get as our mattress was in a Black Friday sale. Natalie who we dealt with was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

With the technology within the shop that we were able to get a bed that was 100% right for us and had been measured to us, was superb. Elaine who helped us in the Lincoln store was very attentive and patient, she went through all she possibly could to provide us knowledge about the mattress. She made us feel very welcome and at ease especially with being first time buyers.

Both members of staff Andy & Amy were so knowledgable, helpful, they listened to what we were looking for, Andy explained the differences between some of the mattresses we tried, we explained our budget and we feel we got an absolutely fantastic deal for our bed, divan drawer base AND Headboard, then to get so many extras we felt like we were in a dream as the products we were GIVEN were way over budget for us to afford to buy them, we were both very, very impressed and we still cannot believe the service we were given this afternoon. Thank you Andy & Amy for all your time. We cannot wait for our delivery of our beautiful bed. THANK YOU SO MUCH
