Staff member was very friendly and very helpful in finding us the mattress that we needed the only thing you could possibly criticise is the waiting time to receive it but I under stand they make to order. I am fine with that it’s no problem

Great experience, I hate being pounced upon as soon as you enter stores, we were able to browse all products before someone asked if we'd like some help. The assistant was so lovely and helpful.

Amy the assistant who dealt with us couldn't have been more helpful. she new what we wanted straight away and showed us all the choices we could pick from explaining everything in great details to us.

We were greeted by a salesperson who looked very smart and alert. He asked what we were looking for. He then began a detailed description of what was on offer. Then we were placed on the machine to find the ideal bed. After that we were shown a number beds to try out for suitability. We chose our bed and Andy the salesperson took us through the financial transactions. A this point he noticed my Royal Tank Regimental badge and asked if I was a veteran of te Armed Services. Which I replied yes and he asked if I was a member of a MOD Discount service. I supplied my Defence Discount Card which gave me a 10% discount. I think our whole experience at dreams was exceptional and Andy made the transaction so easy for us and made us a cup f tea.
