Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing. We were given space and time to peruse the products. Large selection of mattresses available for use to choose from. Delivery time was within a week.

the customer service was second to none, the saleman/advisor was very efficient, he knew the products, started from the cheapest up so we could see the difference in comfort and price, spent over 2 hours with us laughing and joking completely felt at ease and concluded in a $3,200 sale
