We were not sure before entering the store if we would make a purchase, we were very impressed with the store, the friendliness of the staff, and the help we were given,

Natalie was great, took the time to explain all the different types of mattress’s that dreams offer, her product knowledge was fabulous but never felt like we were being pressured in to buying anything, nothing was to much trouble for her she is a really credit to your company.

The Sales representative Andy for very polite and easy to speak to who listened and understood my aims for coming into the store. He helped my quickly identify what matresse that would be best for me and my budget. He also showed me through the aftercare options available! I was very impressed with his customer service and attitude towards customers (especially those coming in at such late hours!) The experience was very relaxed which is a rarity nowadays. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Sales Advisor was exceptionally helpful and extremely knowledgeable and excellent in helping us to choose the right product.

We were met with Niamh who asked if we needed help and she was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy just good advice. It made our experience a good one.

The shop was very busy when we entered but the young man, Andy, made sure that he knew what we were after and directed us to the area we needed to be and which beds to try. All this was while his customers were trying a bed so they were not left standing. We then tried several beds and after awhile, a young lady, Niamh, came over and asked if she could help. We had quite a lot of discussion and she never pushed us at all. When we settled on the mattress we liked, she led us to the ordering desk and was very informative and the biting process was easy, simple and quick. She was excellent and Andy had finished with his customers and also asked if we were happy with our purchase and was aware that we had so long to exchange if we were not happy. All in all a good experience. In fact we had planned to go to several shops to try mattresses out , but we didn’t bother. I would say that the Lincoln branch is staffed by brilliant people with excellent customer service skills. You could do with more staff, however the staff you do have are great. Will definitely be going back when we replace the bed frame I would highly recommend Dreams.

We had a budget of £400 to buy a firm mattress. We tried lots and got a little confused. Elaine offered help and encouraged us to use the interactive bed so she could match us to the perfect mattress. She was attentive but gave us plenty of space to try out the recommended mattresses. It was nearly closing time but she did not rush us. We didnt want to go above our budget but Elaine said it was well worth and we would be treating ourselves to a perfect nights sleep. We splashed out on a fabulously comfy mattress and even bought the extra insurance.

We were impressed both by the helpfulness and professionalism of your colleague Elaine and by the cleanliness of your store. We used the Sleepmatch system which we found helpful. Elaine was clearly knowledgeable about the different types of mattress that were available, and showed us a number of different mattresses based on the Sleepmatch findings from which we were able to choose an excellent example. We were impressed with the way in which your team dealt with customers trying-out beds and mattresses. The idea of giving customers pillows to carry between beds, removing the dress pillows to facilitate the trial and then immediately re-dressing the beds afterwards whilst time-consuming gives the impression of a concern for Hygiene that not all of your competitors seem to have.

The colleague, Natalie, was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products that we were looking at. She was also friendly and approachable.

Very happy with the service given by our customer services representative Andy, once he discussed our requirements we used the electronic bed to determine the correct mattress and then offered a variety of mattresses.
