The staff were so friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Elaine assisted us on the sleep match bed and made us feel at ease and understood the process and reasons behind it, as we were unsure of what mattress type we wanted. She then helped us decide from the options the sleep match provided. Would highly recommend the staff at dreams and Elaine especially, a lovely lady :)

Natalie was very knowledgeable, giving me all the information I needed whilst allowing me plenty of time to investigate all of your products in my own time. She also provided me with the opportunity to try out the mattress machine which analysed the best mattress for me.she was friendly and courteous throughout.
