Natalie was friendly helpful and patient showing me different options. I have not yet received the mattress it is due to be delivered 25th Feb but I have high hopes

Andy spent time to understand our needs and requirements. Explained in full and reiterated. Very patient with the kids.

Elaine the assistant was extremely helpful in explaining the whole service and the with the process of choosing the best bed for us.

I felt I was being given 100% attention from the lady that served me. She was very polite and attentive and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

The lady who served me was really understanding of what I needed from a mattress, she showed me other options and explained what the mattress was made of. She was quick to complete the order and very pleasant, even offered me a cup of tea

Andy Served us, he demonstrated how to open the sofa bed, he took his time and made it look so easy. He offered us a cup of coffee or tea. He gave us a discount of £25 and we are having it delivered and assembled at home. I am delighted with the service at Dreams in Lincoln City. I would highly recommend them.

The shop assistant was very friendly and relatable. She knew what she was talking about.

I think the lady i dealt with was called Amy. We came to store a week or 2 before, she remembered us even though we had said we would come the next day to order. She remembered the beds we were looking at, ordered them, managed to sell us a mattress too which we weren't anticipating to buy! Very knowledgeable. We wanted to buy a further bed which we had seen in Barker And Stonehouse for us however nothing similar in store or online, but we will keep our eye out as house isnt completed until end of April. She also managed to sell us additional services ie the 8 year one and actually explained the great value behind it. We had gone away the first time to see if we could match elsewhere but pleased we came back. Thank you :-)
