Professional but friendly assistant Niamh was Curteous, knowledgeable, and available to assist me when needed. I appreciated the fact I was able to browse at products for sometime rather than someone approaching me the second I stepped into store. I was also offered coffee which was lovely.

On entering the store we were welcomed by Elaine and staff and asked if we needed any assistance, not pushy, just helpful, Elaine showed great knowledge on the products and was very patient explaining the materials in the two mattresses we were looking at, it was important for us to buy natural products made in England. The standard of the products were excellent, my only disappointment was the length of time I had to wait for delivery, but Elaine explained why and I was satisfied but still disappointed. Having gone in to purchase a mattress we left having purchased the entire bed and were highly delighted both with the purchase and the service, for this reason I would highly recommend Dreams at Tritton Road to my family and friends. Congratulations to the staff at Tritton Road and especially Elaine as I am a very difficult customer if met by over zealous sales staff.

Natalie, the assistant in the Lincoln store, was helpful, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and very patient. She made the mind-numbing experience of choosing a new bed easy and pleasurable.

Amy, the store manager was very helpful to both myself and my daughter. She understood our requirements and advised accordingly.

From the moment we walked into the shop the staff were all so friendly. Andy at the Lincoln store asked if he could help and continued to provide us with our options and under no pressure. Whilst we were being fitted for our sleeping needs we were even made a coffee. Andy and all the staff by far exceeded our expectations and we telephoned the next to day place our order.

Excellent and immediate customer service from Elaine who has a remarkable product knowledge and a very professional pleasant manner. She used excellent listening skills and was able to match our more demanding needs to the product which best suits those needs. She was supported by colleagues of equal quality. The store is well displayed and clean. We are really looking forward to the delivery of our super king size adjustable bed and a good nights sleep. This was our second purchase from the Lincoln store based on a previous excellent experience. Well done.
