Andy was extremely helpful with helping us decide which mattress to purchase, along with corresponding accessories.

We were helped as soon as we entered the store and given a lovely cup of tea! The range of mattresses was explains succinctly. We made an error in decision as we thought a mattress was a lot cheaper as we had misread the label, this resulted in the assistant needing to re order for us. The transaction was pleasant and efficient.

Particularly pleased with customer service in our store (Lincoln, Tritton rd) - went in twice and received excellent service from Andy and then Natalie, both in terms of expertise & friendliness.

We were served by a lovely girl whom wasn’t too pushy, and suggested another option as we didn’t rate the first mattress we looked out, she let us decide for ourselves and made us feel like we were pushed into anything. We are happy with our purchase and would recommend dreams to anyone.
