I think satisfied was the rating required by the service given . Highly satisfied would have been if I had been given a deal, but no movement on price, James was quite clear about that, the price you see is the price you pay!

Whilst the mattress was bought during a 'sale', I was willing to pay the whole amount up front in order to omit cost of the collection of my old mattress at the price of £33.00. I was hoping some sort of deal could have been made. However, given the mattress was on sale, I was happy with the overall price.

1 issue; Delivery times. I need 2 beds within a week but was quoted 3 weeks. Have split order to get one bed within 10 days. Too long to wait.

The lady I spoke to in the shop was really helpful although I was disappointed we had to wait over two weeks for a delivery date. I was told that this would be the same in any Dreams store. (I was also a bit disconcerted at repeatedly being called 'honey'.)

One colleague was disinterested/did not smile/did not seem at all enthusiastic, the other was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable despite it being her first or second day (Laura). It was small store and although presented well (clean, tidy), items were a bit random and it did not have a huge selection of lower priced mattresses. Delivery times and information about options e.g. assembly were clear as was the trial period.

It is hard to be highly satisfied as we have only had the bed for a couple of weeks. Everything is really good so far though which is why we are satisfied with Dreams. The things we rated highly satisfied were quantifiable. Ie; the service. Seckin was friendly, well informed and attentive, he made sure what we needed was his first priority. We will be happy to fill in another survey in a year to share our thoughts when we have experienced the bed properly.

We would have really liked to see the sleigh bed displayed but appreciate not all beds can be on display.

The staff in store were excellent, especially Seckin, who didn't crowd us, but gave us plenty of time to browse and answered questions as needed, but then backed off to leave us to decide. It's that we specifically timed our visit for the mattress to arrive in half-term as we are teachers and unable to take time off in term time. The delivery was due for Tuesday but has now been postponed until the following weekend. Once these sorts of things start happening, they make a customer very nervous that the great service in store is not backed up by those behind the scenes. I'll wait with baited breath for our re-arranged delivery, but to be honest I now just expect further disappointment. Let's hope I'm pleasantly surprised
