I felt valued and was given all the information I needed. I was left to try out the mattresses for as long as I wanted.

CA were great and not too pushy like certain other bed shops, just said hi and left you too it unless you needed help which was great :)

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Much better product offer compared to John Lewis which we also looked at

the welcome and service we received was first class.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish

Assistant was available and knowledgeable. Didnt gassle us about buying any particular bed. We knew the make we wanted, just needed to agree firmness and once chosen the delivery date which was ideal for us. Very happy with the range of beds and the service from Dreams.

Knowledgable member of staff helped explain clearly the differing types beds allowing time for us to try and evaluate each option. We felt no pressure at any time but remained full informed.

we was very impressed with the knowledge and information provided by James M at Bournemouth Westover, very polite did not pester, let us take our time with checking the right mattress, giving us lots of information and answering every question we asked him, hes was then very helpful in helping us choose the right base explaining what type to suit us for the size of room we have as we had only had 4 draw base's, but with his knowledge we have now got an ottoman base that we had never thought of having and very pleased with James giving us the info and seeing how better it is for us, also helped with pillow selections a pillows we never even new about that would help me as i sweat allot through my head, we did not realise how many different pillows there were, also helped with the right choice of head board and colour as i am colourblind so this was very helpful. In my opinion James is a very polite and knowledgeable person to have on your team top man very impressed would recommend this store as others pester you and don't give enough information when you ask about there products well please thank you James

The sales person was very polite and understood my needs . excellent knowledge of the product. Not pushy but helpful .
