WE WERE GIVEN TIME AND CONSIDERATION ADVICE AND MORE ADVISE WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND BOTH STORE MEMBERS WERE REALLY HELPFUL

Edgar & James were really helpful we asked a lot of questions and the knowledge they told us was really good .

On visiting the store i was greeted by James who was very pleasant and friendly,didn't come across pushy and gave me time to look around at my own pace, offered me a drink and made me feel very welcome.

The store Manager James served us and was extremely friendly and helpful. He took time to explain the various mattresses and the differences and gave us lots of time to try them out on our own, just being around for any questions if we needed him. He even tried to help my husband in his bid to try to get a TV bed but we had already picked the bed that we wanted from a previous visit and via online so he couldn't help him to change my mind!

Edgar let us have a look, then offered some advice, then allowed us to look, only interjecting to offer a cup of tea (which was amazing). There's nothing more annoying than being hounded like a KPI on legs. When we're ready we went back asked a few more questions and he answered all of them and we went ahead with the sale. I feel like if there had been pressure, we would've used the information and ordered online, but we felt comfortable and bought in store. I dont get joy out of shopping, but this was a positive experience, thanks.

The advisor we spoke to seemed genuinely interested in our purchase and had a fantastic knowledge of his product. He sought to make sure we had the best value for our money and that we tried out other products to make sure we had the comfort we wanted. He was enthusiastic and a brilliant help to us.

The salesman, James, was extremely helpful

I have a medical problem related to my diabetes an James was very patient whilst I was lying on the different beds to see which was the most comfortable for me. He was also very helpful about the different aspects of the beds and advising about covers etc for the different type of beds

We visited twice, the second time after measuring at home to ensure the items would fit. We saw nick the first time and James the second, both were very helpful and knowledgale.

The assistant James was very helpful with our query and once he had answered our query he left us to browse the products and spend time making our decision without pressuring us for a sale which made us want to purchase the product
