James, the gentleman who served us was lovely and ever so helpful. He also didn't have a pushy sales attitude and made us feel very welcome in the store, and encouraged us to spend as long as we liked browsing and trying out the beds and pillows - he even offered to get us a drink!

Edgar was very friendly and helpful. Even though we had 2 bored children in tow he was patient and happy to spend time with us. Edgar gave us all the options and didn't rush us (we made our decision after 2 visits). I was also impressed by the integrity of the store manager who despite being the one to take our order (Edgar was with another customer when we came in to place the order) made sure Edgar got the credit. The store manager was clearly proud of Edgar and it was lovely to see this from his manager. Edgar and his manager were a pleasure to deal with.

James.M who helped us was extremely helpful and was able to give us various options and a lot of good advice.He was more than happy and actually insisted we tried all the different mattresses and was very patient so we didn't feel rushed.After spending more than an hour trying these mattresses we feel we got the best one to suit us thanks to James.

Buying a new mattress was not something I was looking forward to. So much technical data which, for a lay person like me, can often leave you completely be-fuddled! Not so with Dreams. Edgar was a delight. Hi s product knowledge, and his ability to translate it into layman’s terms, was remarkable. He was polite, patient kind and understanding. All the staff were friendly and knew their job…..not something that exists much these days. Customer service clearly comes very high on the list in Dreams……I even got a delicious cup of coffee whilst waiting for Edgar to process the payment. When I got to thinking how old my present mattress is, turns out it’s older than Edgar!!

James, our assistant was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the product options and assisted us in testing the products available ( even though it was close to store closing time!). We were satisfied that our choice of matress is ideal for our needs.
