Dreams - Bournemouth

It was really easy, we walked in and we're quickly approached by Edgar who gave us really good information reference the colour scheme of choosing a mattress. He then asked if we would like to browse alone or if we wanted help, he was not pushy at all which made the experience perfect. We quickly decided and made the purchase with at Edgar who was again very informative about the next stages. Looking forward to receiving the mattress next week

Not pressured by the staff to make a purchase, they let me walk around the store before approaching.

Edgar was very helpful.. He also gave my young daughter a balloon To keep her occupied while we was trying out the mattresses.. He could see she was getting bored and giving her the ballon helped lots!!

James the assistant was very helpful, explained every thing to us then left us to browse and choose the item at leisure.

James - who I believe was the manager, was highly knowlagable about the best product suited to our needs. My partner has neck and shoulder problems, and I get very hot in bed, and he was able to go through each mattresses advantages and disadvantages explaining that with the tempur mattress we ended up purchasing that if it wasn't suitable, would arrange for it to be collected and refunded. He even arranged for a quick delivery - on a Saturday just before we go on holiday, so that is perfect! He and his colleagues were all very friendly and just made us feel satisfied with the whole bed buying experience !

Very happy with service. Assistant was helpful and receptive. Store was quiet so we had plenty of time to browse.
