the waiter was very attentive and helpful. The food was outstanding and just what I wanted for breakfast. My waiter, Richard, even brought me the morning newspaper to read while waiting for breakfast. The entire dining experience was very pleasant and I will return soon in addition to recommending Shari's for great food and excellent service. Thank you Richard-8

We came in with friends and ordered a variety of food we all enjoyed the Nachos everything was cooked perfect and our server Paula was just Amazing

We go to Shari's for a meeting regularly. We've visited other restaurants, but being recognized when we come in the door, the friendliness of the server, that she knows our orders and always gets them right, and the value bring us back .

Paula the wait staff always does an excellent Job of seeing that we are totally satisfied. Being members of Sharis club is also a great deal for us who are seniors, and makes it affordable several times a week but always at least once a week.

It was honestly so refreshing to have service from Big Jon. Lately, it seems nobody cares about customer service anymore, but this was the opposite. I really appreciate his happy personality and prompt service. I think it helped that the cook was doing well also, because the food came out quickly. Big Jon was just the right amount of happy and attentive. Thanks

the recent change to having cups left at the table instead of bringing a clean one when i order coffee is a little disturbing. who knows if the people at the table prior to me sneezed or coughed on the cup? it just has always made sense to me to bring a clean cup with the coffee when i order it.

The staff was friendly and fast. They seemed to know their customers by name. Even their orders. It was like Cheers.

The coffee is good, I always know the quality of the food and the employees always are smiling. Renee is often my server and she gives great service.
