Shari's

I have always ate their and been treated great by all employees. My friend and I go at least once a month because we try different places to see witch is the best.

The Chinden Rd. Garden City Shari's is the main location I go to. The staff is almost always great, and if not great, then at least good. The food is quite good too. Unfortunately, some years ago, at the Boise Shari's on Milwaukee and Franklin, I found a LARGE, LIVE insect on my steak. I'd never seen one like it before. I got a refund, but the staff there wasn't very apologetic. There was even a button on the cash register to print out "bug on food" on my receipt. This was back in 2011. I didn't go to any Shari's for about 2 years after that. And I still avoid the Boise Franklin Rd. Shari's. I prefer the one I went to last night, in Garden City. I don't generally go to diner-type restaurants, but when I do, I regularly choose Shari's over Denny's and IHOP. I don't remember the name of the waitress last night, but the woman at the counter when I paid was named Tiffany. She was very nice and friendly.

Elisha was AMAZING! Made us feel like the only table she was serving. Great customer service skills! Bananana split 10 out of 10 in 51 states. #elishaneedsaraise

I ordered quickly. I got my food fast. The waitress took my tea water back to bring me a fresh one.

We ordered all kinds of different food.My shrimp scampi was the best all the food was amazing! Our server helped us to find exactly what we were hungry for.we love Shari's

Our waitress was very personable. She remembered our order from the previous time she served us. Our pie was ready to go as requested when we finished our lunch.

It was extremely fast and I got the food I wanted.

Tiffany was very sweet & friendly. She brought drinks right away, and returned to take our order promptly as well. The food arrived faster than I expected, and she delivered it with a smile, even with a sudden rush of new customers. She was attentive, coming back to ask how our food was and if we needed drink refills, and of course, if we wanted PIE! VERY Satisfied! Tiffany is a great waitress.

The team members are very pleasent a d always making sure i had everything I needed.
