Great food, great service

This store is very consistent. Service is always better than most like establishments. We like the staff.

Oh my gosh our server Jamie was amazing!! She was fast, efficient, friendly, and funny. She anticipated all of our needs even before we decided we needed them. Like refills on water and coffee. No waiting. She brought us our bill so we wouldn't have to wait for her. She is just so amazing! She is quite the management material! I can't say I have had any server as good as her! Thank you for letting her serve us!

The delicious food, friendly staff, and quick service are some of the reasons we return again and again. We like the senior portions. My only disappointment on this visit was the caramel macchiato. It was very thin and usually it is thick like a milk shake.

A friend and I took another friend to celebrate her birthday at Shari's. The evening before our brunch celebration, I took balloons, etc. and asked Shari's manager if they'd decorate the table for our arrival the next day. They were more than happy to do that, and when we arrived it was very nicely decorated in a quiet area of the restaurant. The waitress attending to our needs was very courteous and helpful without being intrusive at all! A very pleasant experience for a wonderful occasion!
