Carol, is a great server. Very friendly.

Loved loved our waitress. She was awesome. I had pie. So, it's your specialty, but my pie was amazing and not overly sweet.

I had outstanding servicer from my server whose name was Carol. She was happy, friendly, and very energetic. As I ate my meal I noticed she served all her tables with the same energetic performance. Food and atmosphere is pretty similar at most restaurants , what seperates one restaurant from another is the quality of the server and the service I got from Carol is why I will return.

I received impeccable service. Our waitress constantly had a smile on her face and was very attentive to all guests around us even though she was extremely busy and obviously the place was understaffed. The one issue I do have is that I did one of these surveys about 6 weeks ago and gave major kudos to our waitress on that survey. I saw that same server on Monday and I asked her if her boss ever gave her some recognition or conveyed my appreciation. She said no. Why ask us to do these surveys and ask why we are highly satisfied if you only use the negative ones?
