We waited nearly an hour to get our food after ordering. There was never any explanation as to why it was taking so long, the people around us waited nearly as long, too. One of the tables was told they would not have to pay since they had to wait so long. While I don't have any problems with that, and the fact we had to pay, if you aren't going to do that for everyone who had to wait as long it should be done in a quieter way. Also, when the food arrived my husband's French fries were cool, almost cold. It was the most disappointing experience we have had at Shari's.

the salad was very warm and it was wilted. the food was only just warm. the booths are old and very sagy, it is like sitting in a hole.

Your waitresses have a communication problem. One took our order and put it in and then left. No one. Not one other waitress came by to check on us or our meal. After an hour, I grabbed a lady and asked for water. Then another half hour goes by after I asked for the check. The waitress said she didn't realize we hadn't been helped and then walked off. I finally told the girl that we wanted to pay and then she gave us the wrong receipt and ticket to pay. They had to ring in what we ordered because they didn't know what we had. It was a disaster.

Took a while to be seated. About 7-8 mins. Took about 10 mins to get a drink order taken another 6-8 mins to receive them. Ordered 15 mins after being ready. Wings were brought out first then the salad then our food took another 20-25 mins to get. Okay by this time we have been her over an hour with only five other tables. Who all had there food when we arrived. Then ordered a slice of pie and watched her walk up to a dirty table and began to bus it. So then we clocked it on our cell phone from time that we ordered to the time it took to receive a piece of pie and apple pie in a jar. It took 15 mins. Jennifer did not prioritize at all and she rarely checked on us. When checking out we were told the reason why our food took so long was because she forgot to put our order in. I am a server so I know how things are in the business and I have an EXTREMELY high patience for this line of work but when I place an order and the table has more importance than the customer is where my issue is coming from.

I ordered chicken cordon blu with no mustard. Came with chicken fried steak and mustard. They took it back and scrapped off the mustard and brought it back refried hard and nasty. Gross! My son ordered a steak. Waitress talked him into prime said its on sale 10.99 and really good. Full of fat had over half left on plate because of fat and grit. Yet i was charged 11.99 and the guy who rung me up argued with me that its not on sale and wouldnt even check with her. Waitress was still nice and at least tried to help. He was very rude. Almost $60 bill for 4 meals that tasted old and gross.
