I asked for the flatbread to be on the side of the salad and then did not get the bread at all. The salad had a lot of carrot slices when there are no carrots mentioned in the menu.

Coffee cup was soiled, had to flag down waitress, she went to get another cup, brought it back with coffee in it, the cup was cracked clear through the cup, shouldn't been hard for her to see. Husband got chicken fried steak sandwich, gravy was cool. and way served wasn't appealing. My hash browns were very dark on outside only to be white and cold further down. Toast was buttered in only one corner. We go to Sharis often but have had problems with this one before, so will drive further to get better food and service

Ordered a cheese omelet. There was cheese inside the omelet and sprinkled on top, but most of it was not melted. Maybe it had just come out of the refrigerator or something, but all the cheese in a cheese omelet should be melted.

The waitress toke me to a single booth because I was dining alone. I like to go out for breakfast and read the paper while I am eating. Those tiny booths just barely give you room for your food. There were plenty booths available, in fact a single man came in just after me and she gave him a big booth. When she brought my food she could see I was frustrated as to where to put my paper so she did take some things off the table, but she didn't suggest moving to a booth. I will have to say in her defense, I didn't say how dissatisfied I was But other restaurants ask If where they are seating you is alright.

NO PEACH PIE . . . . . YOU A-HOLES! You have just lost my wife and I as customers. Some V.P. thinks he is saving money by discontinuing certain pies. WRONG!! You will just be losing customers and losing more profits. How stupid and short-sighted. Typical Corporate Mentality!

I ordered eggs benedict. the eggs were runny almost raw. The sauce was also runny, thin and tasteless. Hash browns were greasy. No attempt to make the dish look nice, like parsley, or orange slice. Only thing good was the toast. Coffee was thick as mud and not very good.

We ordered Prime Rib and after it got to the table the taste was awful ,Talked to the manager and was told that the way it come precooked not cooked in house when I pay that kind of money for prime rib I want it fresh cooked there in your kitchen .The spices used were way over the top and salty. The manager was very nice and helped with the bill some but I want to thanks him and the server for great service.BUT PLEASE DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH YOUR PRIME RIB.

The manager on duty took my order then a different "gentleman" brought my food. He asked if I would like a refill on my diet soda and I said yes. I never saw him again except for him to take food to other tables and I could not get his attention. I also had a Cafe Club card where I was supposed to have $2-$25 reward dollars on it. There was nothing. I turned card in to shift manager since nothing was loaded on it like the email that I receives said there would be. The Shift Manager was very short with me but did offer to pay for my dinner but I refused, now I wish I had taker her up on the offer. She acted as though problems like this happened frequently. My dinner was $12.17 and I would like a refund please either to my credit card or cash, not a gift certificate.

French Dip sandwich ordered by spouse was not very flavorful at all. My breakfast dish: the only item that was good were the hashbrowns. The bacon wasn't crispy - it was overcooked (hard), the sausage link was terrible and the pancakes were dark brown, flat and hard. It's approx 2:30 a.m. now and my stomach is still upset (this started approx 1 hour after eating. At this point, I don't know if I'm going to vomit or have diarrhea. On second thought, we should have sent the food back, but we aren't the type of people who complain - since I still feel sick, I wish we would have complained. Shari's food is overrated for the quality and price.
