I was served rotton lettuce in my salad. Server did not check back with us for over 15 minutes. Then said she had to drop off the check before she could talk to the manager about taking off the rotton salad

Was unable to voice concerns to the server or management about our poorly prepared food.

BURNTEGGS,took.to.long..order..mixed..up...B&Gravy..was.forgotted..had..to..let..waiter..know..they..came..way..late..as.well..and.t..gravy..was.awful,.really..no..flavor..at..all..my..keyboard..is.messed..up..sorry..very..disappointed.

I am not sure was is happening at this location but you do not seem to have enough help to run this restaurant. It takes a longer than average time to get seated, get your order and get condiments like steak sauce etc. This has happened the last 3 times I have been in. Food is always good though. So no quality issue there.

waited 10 min to be seated no else in line no one did even greet us food was over cooked and fries were cold

OUR STEAKS WERE NOT COOKED THE WAY WE WANTED THEM. PORTIONS OF THE STEAK WERE SMALLER THAN A HAMBURGER.

At the time we walked in,we waited until a waitress who was coming to work saw us and then seated us. She was not our waitress but did see us standing there. We placed a drink order first and waited for her to return. Finally she did, but the drink order was incorrect. We did not say anything but ordered. The place was not crowded and food came out in a timely manner. It tasted awful. My wife did not finish hers and later, 2 hours or so, was very sick to her stomach. We got her through that. Had to even wait to pay the bill. Not your best foot forward.

Came im at 10pm, we got sat and the server took forever to get waters, food was placed and the food came out looking gross and old from the week before! Server never came to refill waters or check to see if our food was good. Had the pork sanwich and it was super dry and the meat was burned! My gf had the omlette which was crispy and the avacado on it was super stringy its hard to to mess up eggs but it was done! Even when trying to recieve the check with food left on the plates no one asked if there was any problem!

Waitress paid not attention to us are asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks.

Ordered ham & cheese omelet, received just cheese. Pancakes were very doughy, not cooked thru.
