For the most part we were satisfied. Only problems were refill on our drinks. We sat empty for at least 10 min and it was a hot day outside. Sorry not trying to be picky. The only other problem is the males bathroom...I feel it really needs remodeled as it is very dirty floors, urinal and sink. These are so bad one can not clean it, just needs redone. Overall we were satisfied and will definitely be back. Thank you all for your wondeful restaurant and kind employees.

There was chipotle on the salmon bacon sandwich. The gravy on the mashed potatoes were too salty.

The Butternut Squash Soup the recipe has changed. I'm not sure why you changed it, but I do not care for the one that you are serving this year. Last years recipe was much better. Tasted better and was thicker, this version is like a watered down replica of the old recipe. I loved that soup and I do not understand why you changed it. It doesn't taste as good. Please go back to the old recipe. I don't care for the raw green onions on top. I'll request that they do not put them on if I order it again. And I miss the coupons in the paper, just another thing that has changed and not for the better in my opinion. Even if I'm an Honored Member I just appreciate being able to save a few dollars when I do come in to eat.

My food was cold, my eggs were overdone and rubbery, my hashbrowns were only done on the outside, and my toast was completely cold and drenched in margarine.

NY steak ordered med. rare; received well done. When replacement steak arrived, middle was RAW and cold. Bavarian sandwich when received was cold, very few French fries included. Not worth the $$

The service was terrible, it was not busy at all and we waited too long to order drinks, to get our drinks, to order food, to get our food, and to get refils. My food was made wrong and when I mentioned it to the lady she questioned me and wanted me to show her then took my food to the kitchen and told me she looked through my food and didn't see what I was talking about and continued to make me feel like I lied about my food order plus I was over charged and not offered any compensation for the issues or terrible service. This is the second time we have eaten at this location and both times were bad experiences very disappointing.

requested potatoes extra extra crispy, only warmed, scrabbled eggs way over cooked hard, toast ordered sour bread, recd white, not even slightly browned. We use to eat at Shari 2-3 times a wk, found no matter what waitress puts down on order, cooks will give you the food the way they want, not the customer. Couple weeks ago wife & I went in again to try, again they refuse to give you crispy potatoes. We went in this last time because we were in a hurry. We will not make that mistake again.

I feel ignore for most of the time...like when I need some service from the waitress and when it's time to pay. the person receive my payment he didn't even say hi to me or how was your meal....

I ordered mashed potatoes &plane white gravy, I got some kind of cut up sausage gravy that had way to much spice, ì scraped most off it off, I left at least half. Then I ordered split pea soup which also had too much pepper , IF I WANT SPICY FOOD I WILL PUT MY ÒWN PEPPER ON MY FOOD !! Ì HATE SPIÇE !!!
