They added 2 dollars to children's order without us being told if a adult orders kids meal it would b added on nor anyplace on menu. Everything else was wonderful

The Cuban sandwich was very bland. Needed a BBQ sauce of some sort. Would not order again.

no price reduction for a two egg spinach omelette. serve breakfast smoothies but not yogurt. a while back you'd sent a notice we've missed you, this is the reason why. when you dropped yogurt I left only to check back if things have changed.

My meal was good. This is on husband's meal. He was not happy with temp. of food. (Nor was my mom, both were cold) Asked to have it reheated... when it came back it was still not hot.... both left part of the meal. I will say it was very busy that morning... we know the restaurant well, enjoy the restaurant and the workers, normally it's good. My husband is a little hard to make happy, he often believes his food is cold. Thanks for letting us tell our thoghts.

We ordered 4 pie shakes of which they were small and filled with alot of whipped cream and very little pie and ice cream. I had been in at other times for the same thing and they were larger and filled the normal shake glass and practically enough in the metal flask that could almost fill the shake glass again. This time there was very little in the metal flask, when we inquired about it they said they put 4 scoops of ice cream. They had to have used the smallest scoop they could find.

My 94 yr. old mother ordered decaffeinated coffee with some hot water to dilute the coffee to soften the caffeine level that it has. We were well into our breakfast and couldn't hail anyone to fetch her coffee for us. Finally I got up and walked to the coffee/waitress station find someone to see if there was someone there. Nobody. As I was standing there the lady that seats the people and brings drinks to customers saw me there and asked what I needed? I told her that my mother needs her decaffeinated coffee. This lady filled up mom's coffee but mother never did get her hot water. We gave up on that. The coffee pot that I received for my coffee had warmer than lukewarm coffee in it. Our waitress had received during the time that we were waiting for mother's decaff, had food waiting that she had to pick up at the service window as well as cash people out at their tables. It was not all that busy while we were in the Restaurant is what surprised me.

received cold soup. dinner almost done when hostess came by and mentioned cold soup. Hot soup was soon brought out. Wife ordered marion berry pie and was brought mixed berry pie. and finally when wanted check receit so I could go online, I was given another persons check. This is check 388 and ours was chk 385 table 32 (information from Shari points paper)

The hostess, was very welcoming, the waitress very welcoming. The wait time over an hour for a table of 6. The plate for Thanksgiving looked good. Then we started eat, food was cold, needed seasoning, beans needed a little more time maybe a pressure cooker would of helped them for that quantity of people. The only good thing on the plate was the roll, and maybe the turkey. I think even though you are giving up your holiday for customers. That reservations for groups of 6 or more should be considered. We just about gave up waiting to go somewhere else. Then we remembered how good the meal was in the past. (Two years ago when we first started coming). Last years was not as good and this year not great at all. Sorry, as Shari's has a great name. We saw a lot of food left on plates.

Hashbrowns are always burnt too much when i order them, breakfast is my fav! Its like they try to hurry to fast.

I had ordered off of the Honored Menu on the back. I was to get one egg over medium, bacon, no hashbrowns but fresh fruit. My order came with Hashbrowns on the plate, I said I didn't want the hashbrowns so they took the plate, when it came back, there was no bacon, two eggs with fresh fruit and two pieces of toast but the eggs were not cooked over medium, the yokes were too runny. I do not understand why I cannot get my eggs cooked over medium, the yokes should be a little bit hard, but able to dip toast into it. The bacon has disappeared and I should have only gotten one egg. Wasn't happy but there was confusion so can understand that, think I got the wrong plate in the first place. Then when we got our check we got the people across from us, we got their check, so I walked over and gave it to them and the waitress found ours and gave it to us. My husbands meal was fine, it was mine that was messed up. We are regulars here at the Nampa location, don't expect things to happen but I know they do. Hopefully it won't happen again. We did have to wait longer to get our order taken, it was packed in there. Everyone was running. Know things happen, but this was a bit much.
