Shari's

Being "free pie Wednesday," it was very busy. The wait staff was short. We had to wait a bit, but everything was very good. There was a lot of team work going on to get things done. Great team. Keep it up! We'll be back!

the only thing wrong was very trivial. We did not receive knives in our setup. Service was great, it was Christmas day, after all! We expected to have to wait. The meal is worth it! LINDSAY was an excellent server.

Ordered sandwich not enough fries

Not really Shari's fault, but as a "customer of size" (i.e. Fat chick) being seated at a booth was uncomfortable as it didn't give me a whole lot of space. Offering a choice of table or booth would be a better approach.

The Prime Rib Sandwich was not great and the flavor and texture was not great either.

The waitress didn't refill our drinks frequently enough and the proportions of the food were smaller than expected.

the coffee was weak and bitter.

I thought portions could of been more on the french fry part ...but other than that I was satisfied .

The waitress was grumpy, impatient, and did not have a great knowledge of the menu.

If I say I am highly satisfied with everything there is no room for improvement & there should always be room for improvement
