When I was seated I was asked what I'd like to drink but not served the waitress asked me and finally brought my beverage. I waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken, the restaurant was busy but not packed. I waited over 10 minutes after I had finished my meal for the waitress to check if there was anything else. After 5 more minutes I made to leave before she finally got me the bill.

The only reason was the time it took to get our order. But it was a busy time, so did not bother that much.

The food was barely warm when we got it and it took a long time to get it.

We were very satisfied. The strawberry lemonade didn't taste like lemonade at all. Tasted like water with some strawberry flavoring added. It took quite a while after being seated before someone came to take our order

It took a bit long to place my order. Might be there was only waitress in the restaurant.

No special reason

slow response from waitress. when asked if I wanted steak sauce, I said yes. Never saw the sauce.

Shaies is our fav. place to eat out

Mostly because the freshness of the food

Her was a small mixup with one of the order's other then that every thing was good
