we were not told about we had to pay extra $1.00 for certain pies at the time we ordered them. was not vary happy?????

It took WAY to long to receive our orders and there were only 2 of us - I ordered the half blt sandwish with salad with honey mustard and slice of pie with water - after waiting almost 18 minutes for the food to come (no refill of my daughters coke) the dressing for the salad was some weird one - finally got that changed to the correct one but again NO offer of refill on our drinks shame

no comment everything was rectified

I expected more it the next skillet instead of just eggs hashbrowns and cheese.

This location and many other Sharis need some remodeling.

Food is consistent and service is good

We are a Federal Government Agency and our tax exempt but every time we go to your restaurant the servers taking our money DO NOT know how to process a tax exempt order. They should all be trained to know how to do this otherwise the folks have to wait in line while they try to figure it out?

The fish on the fish and chips was not cooked all the way through and it was very greasy. So we're the fries. Thus us the first I have experience ced something I didn't like at Sharis.

Food was not fresh. Cinnamon roll was definitely old and parts we dry and stale.

Most of everything was good, tasty, hot, coffee especially good! however, the fish I ordered was a bit overcooked (batter real dark) and somewhat greasy, the taste overall was good and the portion size was a lot smaller than the previous visits (about a third less), otherwise all esle was good
