Shari's

The pies are always dank. Great people too.

I asked for a substitution on my order. The waitress gladly took my order and it was followed perfectly.

Kim was excellent, kind, and attentive server, I felt so cared for. I had water within seconds of sitting down and she brought out a second, larger glass with my coffee when she noticed I had finished my first glass almost instantly. She did all this without saying a word, I was really impressed; it was the perfect level of attention and space.

Menu options are more interesting (compared to several months ago). Our server, Margarita (261177) was extremely efficient and attentive.

Dannette is always a great wait person and food is good

The combination of good food, atmosphere, friendly wait help and the bargains through coupons and Shari's card point makes every experience pleasant.

Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They listen to instructions and do their very best to accommodate any special needs (doneness of meat dishes, substitutions, etc.). Wait staff frequently visits my table, without being intrusive.

Like Shari's overall. One unanticipated order.

Salads tend to be wilted. No interesting vegetarian options.

I think the server was just new and it seemed the restaurant was short staffed. She was friendly but just busy and I think learning the routine.
