It took 15 minutes to order and 40 minutes to get our food that was not even right. But the nices part was the cook saying I will get my food when it is really and then started throwing pots and pans this is just crazy ! this was at lunch I had to take my food to go !

Once waitress brought our food we never saw her again until it was time to give us the bill. No one offered us more drinks or cared if our food was good. We could hear her visiting with other people at a near table, laughing and talking and she never came to us to see if we were satisfied with our food or needed anything else. Then when I sent to pay the bill I wanted to order two cinnamon rolls and the place had none. I was really wanting cinnamon rolls and they were out. A horrible restaurant, no one cared about us as customers. We really don't think we want to go back.

I had 2 meals in the last week at this Shari's both times I became very ill. Also this Shari's need to train their servers what customer service is. I don't like to hear about their lack of help or their long hours and how they didn[t get any sleep because of kid. This Shari's needs to do something much better. It sits off the freeway exit and should be open 24hrs. Fix this. If you have to bring in more servers than your numbers show well that why the numbers are low. People have to wait to get served by 2 servers all evening. May I suggest hire part timers for peak times so there's a hostess also. The servers can't seat and take orders plus take care of people playing lottery. These part timers would be need free pie Wednesdays and every Friday nite . At Willamette Shari's they get the high school kids and a music school in walking distance heavy on Fridays. they all order milkshakes which ties up one serve & makes the other server short covering everyone else if she can. The managers at this one needs professional training. Their new one has no training. The locals don't visit anymore you need them too.

Restaurant only had three other customers in the store. Waitress not aware of valentine special, even though posted above register. Portions of order came 20-25 minutes apart (steak separate from shrimp. Food like warm both portions. Not direct offer to compensate for mistake. Waitress looked surprised I would even ask. Manager wandering around store lost. We eat breakfast at this location regularly and this was just down right bad service across the board. Cook, waitress and manager.
