NICOLE WAS MY WAITRESS, WHEN I RECEIVED MY FOOD THERE WAS A HAIR ON MY KNIFE SET ON MY PLATE PLACED IN MY STEAK. THIS WAS IN PLAN SIGHT FOR ME MY COMPANY AND NICOLE TO SEE. WHEN SHE BROUGHT ME A NEW STEAK, MY STEAK WAS UNDER COOKED, I ORDERED MY STEAK MEDIUM, THIS WAS MEDIUM RARE. NICOLE STILL CHARGED ME FOR THIS ORDER.

Two separate servers took our drink orders and one appeared to get irritated when this was brought to their attention. They appeared to have poor communication. We were served very cold coffee and promised a fresh pot. We waited a long time and had to remind the server to bring us the hot coffee. The server did resolve this issue. We ordered "eggs benedict" and were given sunny side up eggs rather than the poached eggs. The eggs appeared to be not cooked all the way and very runny. The person we complained too agreed that the eggs were not the right ones. We ordered a slice of peanut butter pie and were given chocolate swirl. Our Pepsi's were not refilled. The served only refilled one cup of coffee when there was too people at our table who needed a refill. The person that took our payment at the front counter stressed "Did you tell your server?" When we brought these issues to her attention but were very nice about it. We are dissatisfied with the amount we paid due to our order being undercooked and incorrect.

Our server was fine... until she exploded on us for a harmless prank on one of our friends. Being someone that works in customer service and someone that has worked in a restaurant, the situation could have been handled MUCH better. Saying "THAT IS NOT FUNNY" in a raised voice to requesting a new glass of soda is beyond rediculous and completely unnecessary. Granted, the prank we pulled shouldn't have been done, but she could have said "hey, next time, please don't put salt in a drink. Okay?". But practically yelling at us was obviously the better option in her opinion. We will not be returning to this sharis for a while, and will be requesting a different server if available when we finally decide to return. Thanks, Merrily, for expressing just how terrible your day was to your customers, as if we didn't have bad days as well.

My husband's order was delivered to the table and was incorrect. It was taken away and returned 5 minutes later still incorrect - same as when taken away but 5 minutes colder. My order was unsatisfactory. The vegetables and fish were cold, the rice was dried out and over done, like it had been sitting out for hours. No Jam was brought for the rolls as requested. No return to refill water and check how we were doing. After waiting 20 minutes for our pie and bill we had to go to the register to ask for it. This is the 3rd time in a row we have been dissatisfied with our dining experience at Shari's and I have filled out a survey indicating it each time. Once is just a very busy day at the restaurant. Twice is concerning, but 3 times (getting progressively worse) indicates no caring for the product served or the customer. I can get better food and service elsewhere

Chicken under cooked. Iced Tea served wih very little ice. Fish platter not hot. Had to ask foe condiments.
