On Christmas Day, I brought my family in for the Christmas Special Dinner. 3 of us ordered the Prime Rib dinner and the grandchild ordered the Ham dinner. The grandchild received a full plate of food, which included salad, ham, potatoes, dressing, veggie and pie for dessert, the 3 adults dinner consisted of a slice of prime rib and mashed potatoes, baked potatoes were ordered but we would have had to wait for them, up to 15 minutes, but we could have the remainder of the dinner, while we waited. Our meal was cold and we did not receive a full meal, nor did we receive a dessert. My grandchild never received her slice of pie either. I have eaten many meals at this restaurant and always been satisfied, this experience was so disappointing at the price of $ 76. 70. I even bought one of your pies, which I usually do after dinning. Please help me resolve this issue.

Our order was incorrect. The fries were not done. I ordered a hamburger well done. You could see the pink. Some of my fries were cold. We waited 45 min to get our order. My husband's order was comopletely wrong. They had to take it back and recook it. It took another 15 minutes. The waitress did not even catch the mistake, did not even ask to refill my drink. She forgot I ordered pie and brought the check before the pie and didn't even remember I ordered the pie. Never asked if I needed my drink refilled. I had to ask twice. My food was undercooked and tasted like it. Not good. I have lived here for 9 years and have been a patron of Sharis for a long time. Will not return.

You have got to be kidding me. I eat at Sharis often and decided to go there with a couple friends for thanksgiving. I went there last year same holiday and got there around 5 and was told they had run out of most thanksgiving food, so this year we went at 2:30 in the afternoon. I ordered the honey glazed ham and received the bone in ham; they had run out of the special ham but did not tell me just replaced on their own. My friend ordered the steak mushroom pasta and after waiting 15 min was told they were out of pasta - how can you run out of a regular menu dinner item at 3 in the afternoon? So that was replaced with the sirloin steak with baked potato and then came back 10 min later they were out of baked potatoes. Settled for mashed potatoes and it came back with a very small breakfast steak. All the food was cold by the time we got it. Very dissatisfied. No reflection on the waitress she did what she could but she could've told us you were out of everything at the time of the order instead of taking order and coming back 15 min later saying they were out of it, again and again. We would've gone somethere else had we know.

While at the restaurant we were taken care of and the hostess was very polite. However while waiting for the rest of our food to come off the line they left our to go order off to the side for about 5 minutes and not under a heating lamp so my eggs,bacon,and hashbrowns were very cold. Also as a part of my order I ordered an extra side of hash browns in place of the pancakes that were a part of the menu item. My boyfriend also ordered a side of hashbrowns (same ticket) and one of the sides had almost 3 times as much as the other did, which is extremely disappointing. Though what I think is the worst part of the entire thing, is that there was not one but two hairs in my hashbrowns. One was black and the other was white. Completely disgusting and inexecusable.

My eggs were not cooked like I ordered them. l ate them anyway, but I like sunny side up eggs!!

we were seated the 5 minutes to have our order taken, then 20 minutes for food to arrive, they blamed the cook. This is the 3rd time in our last 4 visits to this Sharis that the food was late and the cook was blamed. 7 tables on our side waiting for food. waitress said is was only 15 min (still too long) until I showed her the ticket time stamps. no more Sharis for me

Waitress, was so slow, couldn't keep we was seated first, took orders out of sequence, I had to flag her to get my order, didn't bring the extra on the side of salad dressing, didn't come by and fill my water glass again. Wanted to order a piece of pie, she was blabbing away with another waitress. When sat for 10 minutes waiting for my bill and finally got up and walked to cash register. Had to clear my throat rather loudly to get her attention. I will say the restaurant was full when I went in, but by the time I was ready to leave, only 6 tables had customers. Waitress could tell that I was not happy. And, I told her why and this is only the 2nd time in my life and I'm (74 1/2 years of age) that I haven't left a tip. Of course they offered to not charge me for the meal and/or give me free piece of pie, but I declined and PAID my bill......I will say that I eat at your restaurant about 3 times per month, but will cut that back for couple month for now. Both my husband and I are very healthy tippers if the service is good.

As stated before the food took a very long time to get and was discuss ting. I felt like I was going to be sick when I was leaving.

For the past few months, the service was awful. The waitress's were slow and disrespectful. We love going to our local Sharis but it semis like management changed and the place is not clean anymore and the service is awful. I hope this gets corrected.
