Took over an hour to get half of the food. The waitress did not keep checking up on us and we sat for over 20 mins waiting to order pie. We ended up sitting at the table for almost 2.5 hours to get food, eat and get pie.

Our waitress was socializing with other staff and did not acknowledge our table for at least 10 mins. We ordered coffee and it took about 15 mins to get a coffee. When she brought out the food my food was cold. I attempted to get the waitresses attention for about 10mins but she never came back to our table to check on our food. We were at the restaurant eating for about 25 mins and the waitress never came back to the table once. Worst experience at Shari’s we ever had!

Leslie was awesome! She is one of the reasons we come back again and again. Always look forward to seeing her. We love Shari's and the entire team is just the best.

The server we had Merrily was very rude. When she came to take our order my male friend was talking to one of my female friends and she told him to "hush" and then he asked for water and she acted as if it was an inconvenience. When my female friend that was talking to my male friend ordered Merrily rolied her eyes twice. When we received our food my female friends salad was very dry and the cucumbers were very dry as if they have been sitting there all day. When merrily went to give my friend her food my male sat back and moved his arms from the table so he didn't get in the way and merrily said "that isn't yours" and then shoved the plate at my female friends elbow. I ordered biscuits and gravy with stuffed hashbrowns, i got cold biscuits and gravy and regular hash browns. And i ended up getting food poisoning.

Waitress was rude. Burger overdone. Sandwich and salad had half the toplings they shouldve.

At 4:45pm the restaurant was not busy. We were not greeted. When seated we waited for ever for a glass of water. When we were eventually able to place our order (we split a patty melt & a salad for one) we didn't see that nice waitress again. Instead it took forever to get our food which was cold and the half sandwich was plonked down in front of each of us alone, on very large platters. The order came without fries which were supposed to be a part of the order. After a long wait we eventually received two salads instead of the one which was ordered. The waitress didn't stay long enough for me to tell her we only ordered one. I then asked if I could have fruit as we had no fries. We never did receive fries and when I asked for fruit I was told it was an upgrade of $4.95 - 3 slices of hard melon. The meal was terrible, the fruit was terrible, the service was terrible and we will never go back to that restaurant again (it has always been my favorite, local, place to eat). The manager taking our money on the way out didn't look at us, didn't say thank you or speak or greet us in any way.

Took a long time to be seated, once seated took forever to even get water, waited another 15min to get actual drinks, good was cold and tough to chew, server didn't checked on us for another 8min so we couldn't bring the issue to her attention. Waited over 45min for our food and over from walking in the door to walking out 1he and a half and we barley ate any food.

Lots of reasons: o Shari's coupon not honored for breakfast. Spent $27.18 yet would not honor $4.00 discount because my wife just ordered steel cut oats and a biscuit side with decaf which was not considered a breakfast even though on menu as a breakfast. Stupid! Many people eat steel cut oats for breakfast so why is it on the breakfast menu if it's not considered a breakfast? $27.18 is plenty to pay for a breakfast. If you want senior patronage honor your coupons. o Her oats did not come with brown sugar which it should have and the milk serving was too small to properly wet the oats so my wife ordered hot water as they wouldn't serve extra milk. o My pancakes were cold and the butter was horrible. Syrup was served in a small pitcher and was an inadequate portion. o Decaf tasted awful and no cold water was served. o one tiny table in whole restaurant, rest all booths where you sit to low.

Team members were arguing. I stood before being greeted 10 min. Another 10 to order a drink, and another 10 to order food. Never spoke to the same person twice, rotations were all over the place and confusing. In an hour of being there, nobody offered to refill my water or drink, until they brought me the check. No one asked if my meal was okay- which it wasn't. The prime rib was cooked well, ordered med rare.... quite the difference. It was cold upon delivery and it was a walk by drop off by the gal as she delivered another table at the same time. When I was ready for the check, it took a WHOPPING 20 minutes to flag someone down in order to get it. I often go to this location when I can get away from my kids to have a quiet well made meal and I can sit and enjoy a book and being by myself. The staff is usually very kind and helpful. I understand that with it being Mother's Day, there's bound to be a certain amount of busyness--- but the attitude, management, and customer service for all the various people I encountered, was unacceptable. I will be looking to hopefully find another 'sanctuary' to relax in.

The salmon dinner that I received was overcooked, thin, and tasteless. Ihave had salmon many times before and it was excellent. The manager was not showing any interest in my complaint. Ifelt like she was not professional and did not care if my friend and I came back or not.We always liked the food there and usually came two or more times a month.
