I called in a to go order and was placed on hold for 6+ minutes. I hung up and called back and was told the phone hadn't rang once since the person answering had been standing there which I took like she didn't believe me. I'd be glad to show my phone record for this. While the lady became pleasant enough I didn't feel like we were on the same page while I was ordering. The bill for two breakfasts was $5 more than the last time we placed the identical order. My husband picked up the food and didn't realize we weren't given the itemized receipt only the one after the card was swiped. The food was mediocre at best. The stuffed hash browns that we paid extra for were hardly stuffed. The French toast tasted old and the other food was bland. This particular location caters well to the customers it knows and doesn't quite care about the rest of us. I don't believe we will eat at this location again.

I ordered Sharis breakfast with biscuits/gravy and eggs, bacon, hash browns. The food was not very warm and the gravy and biscuits were cold. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she apologized. I did not have time to re order, needing to be somewhere else at a designated time.

Hostess assured me of complete condiments. No butter for french toast. I ordered medium-well sirloin. Got burnt steak.

We were not seated in the order in which we arrived and logged in. When my wife and I arrived there were two other couples ahead of us. Two other couples arrived after we did. After one of the previous couples was seated, the two couples who arrived after us were seated before the remaining previous couple and ourselves. When inquiry was made of the hostess, we were informed that the two couples were advanced because they requested a specific waitress. Nobody in the waiting area heard any such request made, and none had ever heard of such a policy. Is that really a part of Shari's seating policy?

I have had the biscuits and gravey over 15 years, they always are like rocks. I believe they place them in a microwave as they are never fresh. By the time I get to the second half this is what I experience. as the wife said don,t order them. this will cut down on our visit,s. thank you.

Took awhile for order to be taken. Drinks dropped on table as staff walked by. Food arrived and I asked for ketchup. Had to get up after several minutes and several passes by waitstaff and get it myself. Half way through food we were asked if we wanted dessert to go. When I said that we would probably want dessert but were still eating our meal and would eat it in restaurant (heavy rain was up the road so we were in no hurry) we were told that she was going off the floor and she left tab on table. We waited and even though she did not leave floor as she told us she ignored us until we had to beckon her over to over an additional drink and a dessert. Dessert was delivered with a thud and the revised tab left on table. We never heard from her again. I don't appreciate being treated with disrespect and as if we were an imposition. It is not my concern if a staff member is leaving the floor before our meal is done and getting the "bums" rush to hurry up and leave. Been eating at Shari's in WA and OR for over twenty years and have never had service so disinterested before. Will not return to Southworth Shari's in the future. There are other places to grab a meal.

Ordered the Tbone plate for 14.99. Ordered it rare-med rare. It came out well done. Also there was a dime size piece of paper with green ink cooked into the steak. Asked for another steak to be cook rare-med rare. It came back COLD, white fat on sides. It was so raw that I couldnt cut it. A manger asked me if it was good .. I said no I cant even cut it .. he said ok and walked away and never came back. We left and called the other Sharis in town Spoke to a manager named Suzzie who told us that those two people we talked to at the other restaurant was the general manager and the assistant manager. She also said the green ink paper on the steak was the date code. Its strange because the general manager HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS. Not only did I pay 15 for a steak that was horrible but another waitress was eating behind the pie display case and wiping her nose then eating and then wiping her hands on her pants. Just seems like we had a pretty bad experience. Suzzie told us that we needed to write to the company. We would like a call back as well please.

I could see our food sitting on the pick-up counter for at least 10 minutes. Our waitress was nowhere in sight. Another couple who were seated after us were served before we were by another waitress. I ordered Spring Spinach Omelet with hash browns and whole wheat toast. My hash browns were stone cold and inedible because they had sat on the counter for so long. (The omelet and toast were still warm.) Other waitresses saw our food on the counter and simply left the plates sitting there. Inexcusable service. Fortunately we don't rely on this particular Shari's -- it's on our way home from Sea Tac.
