Shari's

The restaurant was very busy, but it still took too long to receive our food.

Great place nice staff food was good but was smaller than before.

Our server 403203 - wrote our order down but did not deliver what was placed. I had to ask the manager for assistance/service. From that point my appetite was ruined. I dine & order pies from this Shari's often. I usually have a HIGHLY SATISFIED experience except for THIS particular time.

Smoked Salmon Omelet usually excellent was prepared with a 'Cold Hard' square of Cream Cheese in the center. Sirloin Steak and eggs orderedMed/Rare served Med/Well. When Omlete was "corrected" half of the Salmon had been removed, the remainder was cooked(!) the cream cheese was creamy. When the Steak and eggs were corrected, The steak was perfect, the Hashbrowns had been replaced with new hot ones, AND NO EGGS! Server and cook did not listen to the problem. Lox salmon was perfect the first time just the Cream Cheese needed softening. It shouldn't have been cooked. I have had the SmokedSalmon Omelet several times and it was the best I have ever had, until now. We have been Shari's Cust. for 14years.

The salad that was with my wife's dinner never made it to the table even after bring it up to several team members. When we went to pay the cashier and told her take part of the dinner never made it to the table. She said well tonight was free pie night and I'll remember and give you a salad when you come back. After the service and comments when mentioning something to the staff, that coming back may be in a while at least to this Sharis.

Waitress took order and did not ask if we wanted cream with our coffee. Did not bring and disappeared before we could ask for it. Then we didn't see her for at least 5 minutes so asked another waitress who didn't respond. In the end got up and got it from station myself. Food then arrived and cinnamon bun was not warm and stale. Waitress never ever checked on quality of food serviced or if we needed anything else.

We were shorted one dinner roll and the refill on the Strawberry Lemonade tasted like water.

Food was cold, coffee cold, had to ask for water, eggs were not over medium. If you are told once you don't want to buy a pie don't ask again. Will be awhile before we go back. Need to offer Military Discount 1/2 mile away 2 Major Navy bases.

My husband's roast turkey dinner was cold, and nobody checked in with us the whole time. We didn't want to chase someone down to ask for it to be reheated, so he ate it anyway.

The food was not hot and did not taste that great. Probably my worst experience with Shari's in the 15-20 years I've been going there.
