I ordered the countryfried steak with bisquits and gravy. Normally, the gravy is sausage gravy. This was plain white gravy. and not very much of it. It didn't have much taste either. I won't order that item again.

Took too long to be seated, we did have 9 people in our party, but it still took too long to be seated. The hash-browns were very soggy and not well cooked. Our Waitress, Charmaine was very well versed in the menu and was able to take care of our large party, along with several other customers at other tables. She is an EXCELLENT WAITRESS, She should be considered for a Manager Position, in my opinion.

We were seated at the back table next to the table that has cardboard boxes all over the table and seats, and the busboys come in and out of the door. It is a very isolated table, but it is not quiet there. The only thing that made the situation ok was that the waitress, Suzanne, was very efficient, and checked back with us often. Because of Suzanne's excellent service, we did not feel forgotten about, and we received our food and anything we needed, and the bill really quickly. She is an excellent waitress and made the dining experience really good for us.

The server did not ask what creamer I would like. When asked a question her response was short. She did not ask if we wanted water. Once our order was placed it took 20 min to get the order when it did not appear to be that many customers. When she brought the order she mentioned it had been sitting on the counter.

I usually love ordering your guys herb fries so this time I asked for a little extra herbs on the herb fries just for some extra flavor. One when I got my order there wasn't herb fries I didn't say anything but the waitress was super nice and remembered and took the plate back to get herb fries. When she's brought them out the fries were so covered in herb sauce you could barley see the fries. I understand the cook might've been frustrated for having to remake fries since he didn't send out the right one or because I asked for some extra sauce. But it doesn't mean he has to be rude and smother then so badly in it that there's more sauce rehab fries which also made them extremely soggy so you couldn't pick them up without out then breaking. I also have a picture to prove just how much was in it. I usually don't mind at all but it just kind of felt like they were doing it purposely

Leslie, our waitress was wonderful. My eggs were overcooked and only warm. My hashbrowns were way too greasy. The quiche my wife ordered was only warm.

My family and I chose to have breakfast at Sharis in Port orchard #233. We walk in and (Joy) the greeter put our name on the wait list sit down we notice there are three couples of elderly people one elder gentleman was wearing his Vietnam Vet hat, They were all waiting before us. A few minutes passed and a very young couple walks in and put their name down on the wait list not even 5min and the woman greeter (Joy) that took all our names in the order of arrival says to the young teenage couple your table is ready they are seated. I was baffled as to why they walked in and were seated in less than 5min when the elderly couples that were all sets of two were still waiting, I jumped up and made the situation clear to Joy and I asked why this was happening . Joy explained that the young teenage couple made a request for a specific server so they had to be seated at that servers table. If Sharis restaurants are going to disrespect Elderly people Veterans, because they have rules of people requesting a server that's ridiculous I will never set foot at one of there restaurants again and neighther will my children or my friends or family members

My wife and I eat at Shari's several times a month. For the last 3 visits we have wanted to try the January special pie (Oregon creme pie with nuts). It has not been available on any of the 3 visits yet the advertising material which prominently pictures this pie is still on each table. I feel strongly that if something is not available it should not be advertised at the table. I also feel strongly that if something is going to be advertised as a limited time special that some care should be taken to ensure adequate inventory levels at all locations.

The server was training a new employee. I was greeted promptly, and the experienced server recommended an upgrade on the hash browns to the stuffed hash browns. She brought my hot tea. The experienced employee and the new employee completely ignored me from that point on. Someone else brought my food and just placed it on the table without a comment or smile. No one checked to see if the food was satisfactory. I had hot tea, and no one offered a refill of hot water or a new teabag. I didn't care for the stuffed hash browns. The sour cream overpowered all the other ingredients. I wouldn't have sent it back, because it was my choice to try it, but I wouldn't order it again. The check was dropped off without comment until I asked for a to go box. the server said I could order a smaller portion next time. The person at the checkout stand was not at all friendly, just took the payment and gave me the receipt. I've eaten at this Shari's many times and never had an experience like this before.
