When we were seated my place setting was missing the fork and spoon; I had to ask for new setting when my food arrived. Clearly, a child had been seated at our booth before us because the window was really smudgy/dirty. The side of ham was a little overpriced. I couldn't find the price on the menu, so I just ordered it. Might re-think that next time. Everything else was great!

The lettuce pieces were too large. Smaller pieces are easier for old people to chew.

this is a tough one. people were competent and friendly, food was ok. just the rice i guess

I just don't understand why you can't offer real butter. It has me rethinking coming there for breakfast especially. Pancakes just don't taste the best without it.

It is that I was not Highly Satisfied, I was very satisfied with the service and everyone that works,there. We go there a lot and we know some of the girls. We enjoy going to Sharis.

We were seated and then just left for a period of time before anyone attended to us.

The beef (Pot Roast) seemed different in quality. I am not sure if it was a different type of meat, but it seemed a bit stringy. And the portion of the mashed potato was slightly less than what I had previously experienced at other visits to the restaurant. Otherwise, overall, it was a really good dining experience.

I placed an onine order and came to pick it up. The omelet didn't give the option for hashbrowns only bread or pancakes. The extra order of fries I paid for wasn't even a whole order and they were soggy.

Service and food order was much faster than i remember over the years! But, it was an early morning/no one else to serve atmosphere. So there is no real way of telling what service would otherwise be like. Friend did like taste better than Denny's

My only comment would be that they clean the tables just a little better
