I was satisfied but the floors could be a little cleaner.

The main thing was that the sausage links I ordered did not have hardly any flavor and seemed fluffy.

my wife ordered the northwest steak salad. Medium, The steak and onions were cold. She has ordered this in the past, as it her favorite when the meal is hot when it reaches the table. Sometimes it is hot and sometimes not. She always, now requests that the meat be hot when it comes to the table. Sometimes it is hot sometimes not. I think it depends on the cook. But when you tell the waitress you want the meat hot, it should be hot. The waitress said it just came off the grill so it should be hot., but it wasn't. We did not complain as it was Thanksgiving Day and very busy.The most frestrating thing is that sometimes whe gets a hot steak and sometimes not. We frequent the Silverdale & Port Orchard restaurants and it happens at both, sometimes hot & sometimes cold. It has almost always been medium, just not always hot when it reaches the table.

I was a good experience and the food wad fast a great tasting.

The meal we ordered was accurate, however, our meal was barely warm. Had the food been hot it would have been exceptional.

Food was a bit on the greasy side, its a dinner style restaurant, what more is expected?

The price increase will prevent us from going to breakfast except occasionally. Over $5 for a carafe of coffee is just too much. We love the staff and enjoy Shari's food....but we will visit much less often in the future. We are retired and on a fixed income. I noticed that the tile floor in the service area was extremely dirty/greasy with trash on the floor. I know this is a 'work area' but it was creepy.

My husband had the chicken fried steak dinner and he did not like the mashed potatoes as they were not very smooth. Our waitress explained that they used the red potatoes and sometimes did have lumps in them. Other than that, our visit was, as usual, satisfied and happy to be there.
