I ordered the lunch special of 1/2 sandwich, soup, and pie. The bread came with nothing on it. The chicken salad was so loose it had to be eaten with a fork. The pie was a very small slice (didn't realize it was going to be a smaller than average slice). The pie had a criss-cross crust on it but the menu showed a full covering. - Will not order the lunch special again.

This was an online To-Go order. I checked No Pink for the temperature of the burger because my wife doesn't like any pink in her burger patties. She bit into the burger and it was slightly pink. What's the point of marking how we want our burger cooked if your kitchen isn't capable of going a burger to order? If we were seated in the restaurant that burger would've been sent back. The plastic To-Go containers takes steam from hot food and condenses both into cool water droplets inside the container. This condensation which produces water also cools down whatever is Because of this, the bottom burger bun was partly soggy where the it was sitting in contact with the water. These to-go containers must be re-thought out and replaced. There are other materials with heat-insulating properties which won't produce water condensation. But until your containers are replaced we won't be placing any more To-Go orders.

There was no coffee made. Had to wait approx. 10 minutes to receive coffee.

There was a misunderstanding with my wife and the server over a substitution of items that appeared to be understood by both until the food arrived and it was much more than my wife wanted or could realistically have eaten. The server, who was also the Assistant Manager offered to take four dollars off our total bill, but we declined.

It was a very cold evening and the window we were setting by was very drafty. Cold air was coming in around the window. We were glad we had dressed for the cold weather, it came in handy sitting by that window.

6:04pm on 12/13/16, the restaurant seemed understaffed and it took a long time to receive our food. But once we got it, it was just fine. Service attitude was OK.
