my wife ordered the northwest steak salad, medium. She specifically asked that the meat be hot.It was cut up and cold. Maybe that is the way the chef thinks it should be, but my wife likes the meat hot off the grill. Next time I will specify we want the steak as hot as my pot roast meat & potatoes. She orders this dish most of the time and sometimes the steak is hot and sometimes it's cold. When we specify hot we expect hot. She loves the salad & ate all of it, but would have preferred a hot steak. She doesn't like to complain, so it is partially her fault.

The soup of the day was not served hot-Waitress reheated and still not really hot. Soup Burner was off per waitress. The food was Good but not great.

The wait time to be seated, when there empty tables. Asked for napkin 3 times. Waitress didn't ask about needing anything. More attention should be given to spice on food during cooking.

They are pleasant accurate nice place to go

My hamburger was a bit overcooked, from the request I made when ordering. Also, my spouse's turkey didn't appear that fresh.

I felt the sizes of some items were too small for the price.

The service was ok and not up to what we had in the past, how ever it was very busy and the person had a shadow that was in training. The one in traning believe will do well. She is young and will learn to listen to instructions.
